Compliance and good Corporate Governance are not exhausted in a simple ‘checklist’, but are an active component of a company’s vision and culture. Non-financials play an increasingly active role in investment decision-making, but also in the sustainability of companies, which – regardless of size and financial footprint – are called upon to manage the issue of compliance by setting measurable goals.
